Either through one on one training, coaching or mentoring to group sessions, retreats or confeerences, Broken Tree Ministries works with each pastor to meet them where they are and provide guidance and support.

Through sharing God's love and Word through instruction, tools (both created in house and those established by other of God's servants), we work to provide guidance and open the door for God's leading.

In both individual and group settings, we prayerfully work through the obstacles, pains and sins to help each pastor find their path back to their calling.

Each interaction is catered to the needs of the pastors, meeting them where they are.

Through prayer, counceling and coaching, each pastor is guided to and through the sessions most likely to help them.

Some sessions are reoccurring like conference calls and Bible studies, while others are less often, such as conferences and retreats.
