Our coaches are more than just coaches, they are also Bi-Vocational Pastors themselves, having balanced the roles of pastor with that of breadwinner, husband, father and other responsibilities. Each of our coaches brings a wealth of experience to share with those who are broken and need a refreshing in their calling.

Pastor Rodney Foster

Rodney as served over 17 years in Ministry both Full time and Bi-vocational ministry. He was a Student Pastor at Northside Christian Church a church of over 6000 in New Albany Indiana.

Rodney also serves as a motivational speaker to Middle and High Schools as a champion for Anti Bullying/Anti Violence programs and National DARE program.

He is also a Church Planter and Turn-Around Church stratagiest. Most of all, he is a servant of Jesus, grateful husband, father of 6, a frustrated drummer and Bi-Vocational Pastor.

He has a heart for hurting pastors and leaders.

Sandy is a Messianic Jew, of the Tribe of Levi, with a 'long and winding' road to Christ passing through occult, new age, Scientology and other passing interests.

He is a life long learner, mentor, coach, speaker and writer, and author of Learning and Grow Daily!. His passion is helping others, especially leaders and pastors.

He and his wife and stepdaughters live in Louisville, Kentucky, where he has served on multiple community boards and led various organizations.
